A summary of the research for KFI by Rengin Firat, Amelia Haynes and Ashita Goswami on neuroscience-based tips to avoid employee burnout as a leader. Collaborated with these researchers to produce this introduction whose intended audience was key stakeholders interested in funding research but who were not experts in the intricacies of neuroscience.
